About the Job
  • Act as an advocate and a role model in store for VM, demonstrating an active passion and enthusiasm
  • Interact with team members and coach them to make sure the VM is maintained and in a perfect condition at all times
  • Collaborate with the UKI Planning & Merchandising team to ensure the VM guidelines are adaptable for the store
  • Monitor, plan, prepare and implement regular store zoning and stock rotation in line with the VM guidelines
  • Check store maintenance and environment to maintain the highest standards, ensuring lighting, props and furniture are in excellent condition
  • Provide the Store Manager with necessary guidelines linked to the marketing guidelines and roadmap for store growth
  • Support the UKI Market, District and Marketing department with in-store event


About You
  • Experienced in a multicultural retail environment, ideally within luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of style and a genuine passion for visual merchandising
  • Excellent customer service skills, with digital proficiency
  • A winning personality, curious, empathetic, agile, and able to build trust quickly
  • ,Customer-focused, result-driven with the commercial mindset
  • Highly organised, a collaborative team player, and skilled at influencing and empowering others
