The Role: Supplier Quality Engineer
Are you a problem-solver with an eye for precision and a passion for quality? Join a powerhouse Quality team as a Supplier Quality Engineer, where you’ll take charge of supplier performance, tackle complex compliance challenges, and play a critical role in ensuring excellence from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Build and manage strong, quality-first supplier relationships across the globe

Lead supplier audits and performance assessments to AS9100, ISO 9001, and beyond

Drive root cause analysis and RCCA for any supplier non-conformances

Partner with engineering, production, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues

Support new supplier onboarding, PPAP, FAI, and qualification processes

Champion supply chain risk mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring:

Solid experience in Supplier Quality or Quality Engineering in a regulated industry

Strong working knowledge of dealing with both electronic and mechanical suppliers 

Proven ability to audit and influence international suppliers

Sharp analytical skills, strong communication, and a team-first mindset

Technical qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) in engineering or a related field
