Position Summary

Motion Technologies ($1.5B revenue) is a global leader in brake pads, shock absorbers and sealing solutions for the automotive and rail marketsIndustrial Process ($1.1B revenue) is a global leader in centrifugal and twin-screw pumps for the chemical, energy, mining and industrial marketsConnect & Control Technologies ($0.7B) is a niche player in harsh environment connectors and control components in critical applications for the aerospace, defense and industrial markets.

 ITT is headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut with over 10,000 employees in more than 35 countries and sales in approximately 125 countries.

Manage territory (Germany, Austria, Switzerland plus Eastern Europe) with a high degree of autonomy Achieve/exceed sales quota and strategic objectives Expand the existing Strategic OEM Customer base in the Aerospace & Defense segment Lead design-in activities leveraging on all functions and resources such as engineering support, customer service, product and executive management, and sales/segment management Proactively lead account planning process Actively participate in any team-based projects and reviews, to be held at ITT sites including ITT European connectors HQ in Weinstadt, Germany Provide market intelligence to ensure an understanding of market and competitors’ dynamics Master sales process per CRM system and reporting practices

Position Requirements

Diploma or Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline Front-end experience (Account Manager or Field Sales or Product/Application Specialist) in the Aerospace and Defense connector industry Results orientated with the ability to follow initiatives through to successful completion Proficient in building and executing Business Plans Ability to operate remotely Enthusiastic, persistent and a positive attitude Proficient in communication, reporting, presentation Process driven with strong analytical skills Computer literate and skilled with MS Office A full driving licence
