Are you an experienced Spray Painter seeking an exciting new opportunity? Aspirare Recruitment is currently hiring a Spray Painter to join a well-established engineering firm based in the Kilmarnock area. This role operates on a rotating shift schedule—two weeks on day shift followed by two weeks on night shift.

    Spray Painter Responsibilities:

  • Application of 2K Paint Systems

  • Carry out precision spray painting using 2K paint products, ensuring all surfaces are correctly prepared with appropriate materials.

  • Surface Preparation

  • Use body fillers, orbital sanders, and other tools to prepare surfaces to the required finish standard.

  • Process Compliance & Time Management

  • Adhere to detailed work instructions, accurately complete all necessary documentation, and ensure work is delivered within set timelines.

  • Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with a skilled team to maintain consistent quality and meet project objectives.

    Spray Painter Requirements:

  • Qualified Spray Painter

  • Fully trained with time-served experience in spray painting and surface finishing.

  • Industry Experience

  • Demonstrated background in automotive or commercial vehicle spray painting, with a solid understanding of industry standards.

  • Strong Attention to Detail

  • Committed to precision and consistently delivering high-quality, professional finishes.
