You'll play a key role in the full lifecycle of missions—from initial design through Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT), launch, commissioning, and operational phases. You will be at the forefront of shaping groundbreaking space projects, leading cross-disciplinary teams to develop high-quality, pragmatic solutions for a variety of missions. Your Mission

  • Serve as a technical lead on space missions from contract negotiations to launch and operations.
  • Design space and ground systems for missions ranging from LEO to GEO and beyond.
  • Perform system-level design, mission analysis, and trade-offs to optimize performance.
  • Develop Concepts of Operations (ConOps) to define how missions will be executed.
  • Engage with customers through meetings and presentations at every project stage.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support bid and tender activities, collaborating with Sales and Engineering teams.
  • Lead and contribute to technical studies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a spacecraft Systems Engineer, ideally with end-to-end (cradle-to-grave) mission design.
  • Experience as a technical lead on space mission projects.
  • Strong knowledge of space and ground segment design, including requirements analysis, system budgets, and trade studies.
  • Familiarity with spacecraft testing (e.g., environmental, vibration, thermal vacuum).
  • Hands-on experience with commissioning and operations of spacecraft.
  • Excellent technical writing and presentation skills—able to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong knowledge of tools like STK, MATLAB, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Understanding of orbit analysis, RF link budgets, satellite constellations, and system architectures.
  • Experience with FMECA, FDIR design, and requirements management.
  • Awareness of assembly and testing methods for spaceflight equipment.
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
