Fulfilment Specialist

We have a great opportunity for a Fulfilment Specialist to join our client's busy team in Cheltenham. In this role you would be responsible for material delivery execution and supplier performance, ensuring products arrive on-time to support our client's production lines.

The Fulfilment Specialist will own the alignment and fulfilment of the orderbook, therefore driving action and accountability with our client's sub-tier suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Supplier & Order Book Management

Responsible for ensuring the delivery of product into our client to support multiple production lines and value streams
Drive accountability with your portfolio of suppliers to ensure order-book execution and alignment of demand across multiple platforms and value streams, which may require occasional travel
Have a focused and analytical approach to order-book management in a challenging and changing environment, ensuring adequate and appropriate supplier meetings are scheduled to meet business goals
Ensure open communication is had with the appropriate team members and escalations levels to establish and present problematic periods, therefore actively reporting on recovery plans and action status
Ensure reject material is returned to suppliers in a timely fashion for rework, replacement or credit using repair and/or debit orders process
Effectively monitor Purchase Queries, Non-Conformance, Corrective Actions and Production Permits to maintain material availability
Ensure that cadence supplier engagement is in-line with risk levels and potential impact to our client's production lines
Invoice query reconciliation and problem resolution
Occasional travel

Required Qualifications/ Characteristics

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience
Ability to demonstrate high performance within a Sourcing/Fulfilment environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
High attention to detail and accuracy
Time Management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst receiving multiple and competing priorities
Strong customer mind-set
Proven analytical and organisational ability with strong demonstrated Excel skills
Invoice queries and issue resolution
As part of the Sourcing Organisation the Fulfilment Specialist may be required to support sourcing activity covering commodity or program activitiesDesired experience and skills

Knowledge of Oracle ERP
Lean/Continuous training and implementation
Previous people management experience
