Are you an experienced Test and Verification Engineer with a passion for 5G technology and satellite systems? We’re looking for a Senior AIT Test and Verification Engineer to join a pioneering team working on cutting-edge 5G Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) solutions.

Responsibilities:

As a key member of the engineering team, you will:

  • Carry out integration and conformance testing of 5G subsystems

  • Electrically integrate the Unit Under Test (UUT) with test benches and EGSE

  • Develop and execute test procedures, ensuring full traceability to requirements

  • Automate test scripts and interpret results to support quality assurance

  • Support environmental testing including TVAC, vibration, and EMC campaigns

  • Create detailed technical test reports and documentation

  • Define test equipment needs and manage non-conformances

  • Participate in key project reviews including TRRs and TRBs

    Experience

  • MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering, Maths, or Physics

  • Proven commercial experience in testing and verification of complex systems

  • Working knowledge of 5G NR, NB-IoT, ORAN, and related standards

  • Proven commercial experience of 3GPP base station conformance testing and 5G test equipment

  • Understanding of 5G core network components

  • Hands-on Linux experience, including scripting and system configuration

  • Strong commercial experience in communications system engineering

  • Background in the space industry or 5G NTN systems

  • Familiarity with phased array antennas and on-board processing technologies
