We are looking for a Site Finance Business Partner for a 6-month contract based in Bristol with hybrid working on behalf of our globally respected client, Rolls-Royce, a leader in developing cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe, and competitive solutions to meet the planet's critical power needs.

Purpose of the Role:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Site Finance Business Partner to support the Turbine Systems Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU) within Civil Aerospace Manufacturing Operations. This role plays a pivotal part in providing financial governance, driving business performance, providing actionable financial insights and delivering decision-critical insights to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Partner with the Plant Leadership team to deliver improved business performance, providing actionable financial insights and strategic challenges.
Prepare and present clear, decision-oriented financial forecasts, including product costing and performance commentary.
Ensure robust financial governance, refining processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
Promote financial acumen and a cost-conscious culture by coaching team members and stakeholders across the organisation.
Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives as part of the Global Site Finance community.What we require from the candidate:

A professionally qualified accountant with experience operating at a management level, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex financial data and presenting insights effectively.
Proven ability to build strong working relationships with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
Confident communicator with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive strategic discussions.
