A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Process Technician to join the team at a waste-to-energy business near Stratford upon Avon. Our client has grown from a start-up into a successful manufacturing company who are passionate about delivering local solutions for global climate change.

The Process Technician will be responsible for improving efficiencies in the Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant. In this essential role, you'll be on the frontline of ensuring operations are safe, efficient and up to the highest standards of quality and environmental care.

Key Tasks:

Operate and optimise plant processes to meet production targets for volume, quality, and efficiency
Collaborate with your shift team to drive improvements and tackle challenges head-on
Conduct vital calibration, sampling, and safety checks on a daily basis, ensuring all systems run smoothly
Monitor and maintain key equipment, including steam and gas fired boilers ensuring the production area is clean and tidy
Co-ordinate loading and storage of wood in yard areaExperience required:

Operational experience with SCADA, Operator Interface Control Systems and PLC-based equipment.
A proactive mindset with a passion for efficiency and a natural instinct for safety.
Physical fitness to navigate the demands of a production sitePreferred Qualifications:

Process, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 2-5 years in a processing environment.
