Position: Automotive Customer Service Advisor Location: Wimbledon Salary: £32,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Monthly Bonus (£1,000+ per month)

About the Role:
As an Automotive Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of the dealership, providing a memorable and seamless experience for every customer. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their automotive needs, from initial inquiry through to vehicle delivery, ensuring they leave fully satisfied and confident in their purchase or service. Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
Deliver a world-class customer experience, ensuring each client receives personalised and attentive service.Greet customers courteously, listen to their needs, and offer tailored recommendations for sales, servicing, and aftersales.Manage customer appointments and bookings efficiently, coordinating between departments to ensure smooth processing.Provide professional advice on vehicle features, servicing options, and bespoke packages.Maintain a strong knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and vehicle specifications to assist customers effectively.Follow up with customers post-visit to nurture relationships and encourage customer loyalty.Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, utilising dealership CRM systems.Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure customers' expectations are exceeded at every touchpoint.Requirements for this Service Advisor role:Proven experience in the motor trade, ideally within high-end or luxury dealership environments.Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for exceeding client expectations.Professional, enthusiastic, and positive attitude towards work and colleagues.Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, plan, and prioritise effectively.Confident communicator, comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.Knowledge of automotive products, services, and industry terminology is highly desirable.Proficient in CRM and dealership management systems.Working Hours for the Service Advisor:Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pmSaturdays on a rota basis (with time off in lieu)Benefits for the Service Advisor:Competitive basic salary of £32,000.Uncapped performance-based bonuses, with potential earnings of £1,000+ per month.Opportunities for career development within a luxury automotive brand.Supportive, professional work environment that values your expertise.Generous employee discounts on vehicles and services.Why Join This Team?
