You will contribute to a variety of projects, from local initiatives to high-profile national programmes, delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients and partners to understand their needs and effectively manage expectations.
Problem Discovery and Definition: Identify and define complex problems, considering factors such as performance, cost, time, and risk.
Solution Development: Develop balanced solutions to complex issues, leveraging state-of-the-art and emerging technologies.
Implementation Planning: Plan and implement solutions, ensuring they align with project objectives and client requirements.
Communication: Clearly convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Influence and Leadership: Guide stakeholders and team members towards effective solutions, applying systems thinking to new sectors.Qualifications:

Essential:

Degree qualified or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas to non-technical and senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Willingness to learn and apply systems engineering tools and methodologies.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Desirable:

Degree in a STEM subject.
Experience working in sectors such as Defence, Energy, Transport, Aerospace, or Security.What We Offer:
