To recognise that information is crucial and are willing to share it. When we collaborate we win and when we don’t everyone misses out. No one owns the right answer, brilliance is a collective. Our differences are our strengths and to promote this by widening and mixing the pool of people that we connect with. Difficult challenges can take unexpected directions but to be resilient and stick with it. Recognise the power of saying ‘I don’t know’.
