Band 7 Senior Sister/ Charge Nurse
An exciting opportunity is available on our General Medical Ward for the ideal candidate wanting to expand their Clinical Leadership.
Ward 120 is a busy general medical ward with an dedicated team of staff looking for a new leader. The patients are admitted with a varied variety of medical conditions.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a strong clinical leader, with excellent managerial skills who can demonstrate expertise within the specialty. The successful candidate should hold strong leadership qualities to ensure safe quality care is provided to our patient group, is able to maintain and improve staff morale and team working and is able to encourage a positive learning environment within the satellite team.
The position is being offered on a full time basis, hrs per week
