Holt is delighted to be partnered with a global innovator within the Technology, Communication and Connectivity space to support two impactful Product Leadership hires.

Our partner is seeking two experienced, technically biased Product Leaders to shape the direction and drive ongoing success across their product portfolio, focusing on supporting critical Military and Government customers and programs. You will be responsible for exploring ways to evolve, transform and future-proof products in line with the new global strategy.

Key Experience required for the Senior Product Manager – Connectivity:

Lead on the development of new and existing products across Land, Maritime & Aero domains, defining project scope, key deliverables, workstreams and milestones. 
Interact with partners, customers and prospects to define market requirements, and translate these into market requirements (MRDs) that Engineering teams can then use to drive the technical solution.   
Be responsible for the product vision and evangelize it throughout the organization – clearly articulate and justify the WHAT and WHY of any product effort.   
Develop and iterate Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) in conjunction with market requirements.   
Act as the product development interface into central Engineering teams, ensuring that technical requirements are fully understood and included in the end state product. 
Own product business cases, advocating for funding and resourcing for the product to realise value.  
Manage product roadmaps that outline the overall strategy. 
Lead the go-to-market process, supporting enablement, launch & feedback loops. 

Key Experience required for the Senior Product Manager – Connectivity:

7+ years managing one or more products or experience like the above essential functions. 
5+ years managing engineering teams within a product development organization. 
Experience working with and delivering services and projects related to managed services, software development and/or network infrastructure. 
Experience leading product transformation. 
Experience in Satellite Communications industry. 
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.  
Experience working with Agile & Waterfall Framework development teams.  
Fast learner and comfortable with technical details. You have credibility with the engineering community about technical trade-offs, scalability, and performance.  
Demonstrable experience and understanding of customer-focused design thinking process
