Position: Senior PLM Consultant

Role Overview : HCLTech is looking for an experienced Senior Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Consultant to join our Automotive PLM team in Europe. We want top-tier experts with deep knowledge in PLM, ready to drive impactful solutions for clients in automotive, aerospace, and beyond.

What You’ll Do

Strategic PLM Guidance: Provide top-tier strategic and technical support to our automotive clients, optimizing their PLM approach for business success.

Lead Projects: Engage in RFIs and RFQs, actively shaping client needs and designing tailored PLM solutions.

End-to-End Implementation: Oversee full PLM implementations, ensuring a seamless, optimized product lifecycle from design through to service.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience: 18+ years in PLM consulting, implementation, or related fields with expertise in leading PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault Systems ENOVIA).

✅ Industry Knowledge: Proficiency across industries like manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace, plus a broad understanding of multiple PLM systems.

✅ Technical Skills : Strong PLM architecture knowledge and familiarity with CAD, ERP, and MES systems to design client-aligned solutions.

✅ Client Collaboration: Ability to develop customized PLM strategies based on client needs, bringing value to every project.
