Key Responsibilities of a Senior Mechanical Engineer

• Lead themechanical design of high-speed rotating components and power control systems, ensuring alignment with engineering standards and customer requirements.
• Develop3D CAD models, technical drawings, and assembly designs, applying GD&;T principles for manufacturing accuracy.
• Conductengineering analysissuch as FEA, DFMEA, tolerance stack-up studies, and root cause investigations.
• Researchadvanced materials and manufacturing techniquesto enhance performance and cost-efficiency.
• Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to drive successful product development from concept to production.
• Support prototype testing,mathematical modeling, and performance validation.

What We’re Looking For in a Senior Mechanical Engineer

• Degree (BEng/BSc) in Mechanical Engineeringor a related discipline.
• Proven experience inmechanical design for rotating machines, propulsion systems, or high-performance drivetrains.
• Strong proficiency inSolidWorksfor 3D modeling and technical drawings.
• Experience withANSYS (Maxwell &; FEA) for structural and thermal analysis.
• Knowledge ofinternational compliance standardsand engineering regulations.
• A problem-solver with a hands-on approach, commercial awareness, and a passion for innovation.
