About the role


We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimise our global marketing tech stack and campaign execution processes. This role will serve as the operational backbone of our marketing team ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, accurate lead routing, and seamless data flow across systems.


You will work closely with regional marketing managers and cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, RevOps, and Demand Generation, helping deliver impactful marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue.



Job Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a related field, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing.

  • Expert-level knowledge of Marketo (certification preferred).

  • Hands-on experience with Chili Piper, RingLead, Outreach, and Workato.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and data flow between marketing and sales platforms.

  • Solid HTML skills and basic understanding of CSS for email and landing page management.

  • Working knowledge of APIs and automation workflows (experience building or managing integrations is a plus).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and optimize processes.

  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.

  • Experience with Tableau

  • Hubspot Expert

  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification.



Job Responsibilities

  • Data-driven and analytically minded, with a deep understanding of marketing campaign management, performance measurement, and multi-touch attribution models.

      • Ability to interpret marketing performance data to optimise spend and maximise ROI.

      • Proven experience leveraging analytics to drive campaign decisions and business impact.

  • Own and manage marketing automation workflows and programs in Marketo, including email campaigns, nurture streams, and lead scoring.

  • Oversee lead lifecycle management, from acquisition to routing, ensuring accurate and timely distribution through Chili Piper, RingLead, and Workato integrations.

  • Collaborate with regional marketing managers to execute and optimize campaigns, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local needs.

  • Design and implement marketing processes for lead uploads, data enrichment, and routing automation.

  • Partner with Sales Operations and RevOps to maintain a clean and connected MarTech stack, integrating tools like Outreach, Workato, RingLead, and Chili Piper.

  • Develop and maintain API-based integrations and data workflows between marketing platforms, CRM, and analytics tools.

  • Apply HTML skills to build, test, and QA email templates and landing pages.

  • Analyze performance data and report on campaign effectiveness, operational efficiency, and process improvements.

  • Maintain documentation and enforce best practices for marketing operations and data governance.
