Job Description:

• Senior Cost Manager, MEP: we are keenly seeking a talented MEP quantity surveyor with a proven track record in M&E cost management consultancy.
  
  Skills and Experience:
  
  
• Degree qualified – preferably within a construction related discipline
  
  
• MRICS qualified - preferred
  
  
• Pre and post contract experience
  
  
• Experience working on residential and commercial offices, we are also interested in industrial and critical infrastructure
  
  
• Able to work on own initiative to deliver work of exceptional quality and accuracy
  
  
• Experience working in a client facing environment and playing at active role in the growth of repeat/business
  
  
• Commercially astute and motivated to play a lead role in a collaborative team

  This is a well respected cost management consultancy with a strong MEP presence. They have recently undertaken a positive restructure and there is a focus on further developing the MEP portfolio, both alongside and independently from the CSA cost management team.

  Remuneration:
  
  Dependent on experience – due to the importance of hiring top quality talent into this position it could be circa a six figure salary plus package
