Senior Corporate Counsel, Project Kuiper (Satellites /Communications) Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch aconstellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will providelow-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved andunderserved communities around the world. We are looking for atalented lawyer to join the Project Kuiper Legal team. Key jobresponsibilities You will be embedded with the Kuiper teams andsupport business leaders. You will lead on public sector focusednegotiations, due diligence, and compliance. The successfulcandidate will develop strategies for handling legal issues increative, business-centric ways and build processes that addressrisk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to movequickly. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic abouttechnology, enjoys being continually challenged, and demonstratessound judgment even in ambiguous situations. This position is basedin London, UK. Some travel, domestic and international, will berequired.
