Your Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain CNC programs according to prototype and production prints.


Responsible for accuracy and functionality of CNC machine programs. Analyze machine/program problems and implement any corrective actions in a timely manner.
Support machine operator, technician and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve production/process issues.
Work with Tooling department to identify and coordinate the required tooling for the process.
Compile and maintain documentation such as setup sheets, tooling setup sheets, program notes and work instructions.
Participate in continuous improvement projects, and independently work to improve machine cycle time, setup time, uptime and quality via improvements to the CNC program or tooling.
Participate in the change management process by controlling and updating CNC programs.
Participate in audits as required.

Your Qualifications

Experience with CNC turning/milling/deburring machines.


Working knowledge of CAM software, preferably Mastercam.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, working knowledge of GD&T.
Strong computer skills.
Self starter.
Preference will be given to candidates with 5-axis CNC programming experience.
