  • Build new partnerships which create new value and share this knowledge with key team members
  • Track opportunities in our customer relationship management system to ensure our pipeline is accurately represented.

What we are looking for?

  • Proven track record of winning work with new technology or new customers in Rail or a similar industry (utilities, defence, telecoms, aerospace, nuclear, highways, consultancy)
  • Experience developing value propositions and successful cases for investment
  • A brilliant collaborator who can build relationships with customers, external and internal partners
  • A great communicator, able to distil complex topics into concise and compelling communication
  • Someone passionate about helping customers to be successful and contributing to a better public transport network. Your passion for this topic will be infectious
  • Creative and strategic problem solver who can spot opportunities and bring new solutions to market
  • Line Management experience
  • Commercially astute with high integrity
  • Strong influencing skills with credibility at board level internally and externally
  • A dedication to improvement
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a business or technically related subject area
