DNA Recruit are working with a leading Creative Marketing Agency with a strong heritage in Retail and Shopper Marketing. They partner with some of the UK’s biggest Retail and FMCG brands, delivering impactful campaigns across brand activation, shopper marketing, and creative production.

You’ll be joining a collaborative team known for bringing strategic thinking and creative flair to every brief, helping clients connect with shoppers and drive real business results.

About the role:

As Senior Account Executive,you will have a deep understanding and proven experience across Retail/ Shopper Marketing.

You’ll take the lead on managing and delivering marketing campaigns across retail and pharmacy environments. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing POS activations, developing marketing plans, briefing creative teams, and managing budgets and timelines.
You’ll work closely with both client and internal stakeholders, representing the agency with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm. This is a fast-paced and varied role that blends project management, client servicing, and creative delivery.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 2–3 years’ agency experience in retail/shopping marketing 
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to write clear and compelling creative briefs
  • Confident communicator and presenter, both internally and externally
  • Commercially aware and proactive in identifying opportunities for growth
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with a positive, can-do attitude

Salary: £30K–£32K p.a
Location: Hertfordshire / Hybrid - 3 days on site
