Shift patterns: Mon to Thurs - 05:50-14:00 and 13:50-22:00

Fridays 05:50-11:20 and 11:10-16:40

Our client is a major manufacturer of bearings for the automotive and aerospace industries; they are truly global with a presence in over 129 countries! They are looking for Semi-Skilled Operators to join their busy manufacturing team.

If you’d like to work for a globally renowned manufacturer, and you have a mechanical background with manufacturing and/or production experience, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!

Depending on experience you would complete a range of duties which can include:

Support manufacturing process requirements
Work to aerospace quality standards
Actively participate and support Manufacturing Excellence
Uphold Health and Safety Regulations
What experience will Semi-Skilled Operators need?

Ability to interpret technical drawings
Understanding tolerances torque and measurements
To provide general support to team leader / manager in maintaining and improving overall effectiveness of the channel
Ability to work to local quality standards
Experience of working in a Manufacturing/Production environment
Ability to work Safely and methodically
Ability work to standardised work procedures and policies
Experience of working on manufacturing Lines
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing (5s, Material Flow)
Machine operating, some experience of- Milling, Turing, CNC operations - beneficial not essential
