Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the process systems and personnel working on the satellite installations. Also to support decommissioning and construction activities around the field.
To direct operations in accordance with statutory and company regulations to realise business goals and objectives including KPI’s To supervise, plan and control the activities of the satellite team, associated support and vendor personnel such that they are compliant with statutory and Client policies To support Decommissioning and construction activities around the field. To enforce statutory and Client policies Hold the designated position of Offshore Installation Manager for Normally Unattended Installationsand associated emergency response duties To work in close contact with the Production Superintendent and OIM in delivery of high performance on the satellite platforms Identify and operate at the optimum process parameters for the installation Ensure that isolations / de-isolations executed by the satellite team are completed safely, efficiently and effectively Supervise and direct the operation of supply, support and standby vessels to and from the installation and 500 meter zone, including materials and fluids transfers Oversee the Radio Operator to ensure radio contact and operation is maintained to meet safety and operational requirements Assist the OIM and Production and Maintenance Supervisor in planning and completing preventative maintenance programmes. Understand the work plan and liquidate work safely and on time, ensuring that materials are booked out of stores in advance Monitor SAP time-writing, history, technical completion, compliance reporting and ensure MCR’s are raised as required for the satellite teams Administer site audit systems Maintain various electronic business systems Provide local support to Head office projects and Asset Support Team initiatives

General Responsibilities of Supervisors Carry out 12 monthly appraisals and 6 monthly reviews with core crew Play a key role in the ongoing programme of Competent Person Profile (CPP) and achieve assessor status Consider opportunities for succession planning & manage accordingly Lead the team to ensure high standards of performance and behaviours and promptly address shortfalls that are identified using performance management and disciplinary process as appropriate. Responsible, in conjunction with OIM, for emergency team training and preparedness Assist with the initial response to asset emergencies Have working knowledge of the Core Crew terms and conditions Senior employee on the installation and as such is focal point for issues Participate in the selection process for installation personnel Identify opportunities for multi-tasking & cross discipline synergies to optimise time & resources. Monitor and manage CMMS (SAP) time writing, history reporting, Work Order housekeeping, technical completions, compliance and promote Maintenance Change Request submission Ensure both verbal & written handovers, handover logs complete, ensuring information is current & discernible.
