<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">The Solution Architect will have responsibility for supporting our largest and most strategic Solution Delivery opportunities, lending his/her expertise to the delivery of world class Salesforce implementations and building the necessary and valuable relationships both internally and externally in order to become recognized as a world class Business Transformation Expert.
<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">A successful Architect has strong experience and enjoys designing transformational solutions and working directly with customers to meet their business needs.
<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">An individual filling this role will provide thought leadership and consultation throughout the life cycle of this transformation.
<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">This key member of our team will help with building roadmap by running Business Process Reviews.
<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">This resource will also participate in Plan, Architect and Design activities and guide the subsequent implementation of Salesforce.

- <span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Leads business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touch points inmulti-cloud implementations.
<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Develops strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and positive working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Remain current with leading edge industry and technology drivers and innovations including the Salesforce product set
<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Manage discussions with various levels of customer’s business stakeholders
<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Identify and help build services offerings to support rapid time to value for Salesforce implementations
<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Where required, support deep-dive pre-sales activity to position successful delivery of customer solutions
<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations
<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Maintain a target billable utilisation aligned to the role
<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Validates solution components, leads customer walkthroughs and provides guidance to the project manager for key issues/risks to the project
<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Work with internal and customer stakeholders to create prototypes, proof of concepts and sample mockups as a means of eliciting and defining business requirements
<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Create and own user stories/business requirements document as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions Requirements
<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif; background:yellow" lang="EN-US">8+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 5 years on the Salesforce platform
<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif; color:black" lang="EN-US">Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including any two of the following: Sales<span style="font-family:"Aptos", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">, Service, Community
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements: • • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Redhat Linux on both a physical and virtual platform. • Experience with deploying, configuring and supporting Linux in a VMware environment • Experience with automation tools (Ansible) and patching using Redhat Satellite; • Providing multiple levels of support to help resolve incidents and problem resolution • Experienced in Problem tracking, Incident management etc , • Decommissioning of physical and virtual servers, monitoring live traffic on Kibana or similar monitoring tools.
