Sales Engineer - Exclusive Role. Join our client's dynamic team and drive sales growth in Thermoforming & Vac Forming, Foundry, Composites, Aerospace / Defence, and Automotive/Transport. We're looking for a proven sales professional with experience selling into ANY of these industries and navigating their buying processes. This is a field-based role covering the whole of the Midlands, however initial training will be expected onsite at the Midlands office. 

Sales Engineer key responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships, including reactivating cold accounts.
  • Convert new accounts into top-tier clients through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Manage bids, tenders, and procurement processes.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge and product applications.

    Sales Engineer requirements:
  • Sales experience in one or more of the target industries.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Ability to present and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on technical aptitude to demonstrate product capabilities.
