As Sales Administrator you’ll be a valuable part of our Commercial team, supporting them with sales order processing and a range of administrative tasks.

You will receive:

What you’ll be doing:

Hours:Monday to Thursday 8 am to 4 pm and Friday 8 am to 3.30 pm

Overseeing credit control, providing marketing support, and managing various administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner you’ll:

  • Process orders on our ERP and sales systems
  • Maintain and update accurate sales and customer records
  • Monitor late payments and address credit inquiries with customers
  • Support with the creation of commercial reports
  • Assist with travel arrangements and trade shows
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative and marketing tasks

About you:

With previous Sales office/Sales Administration experience, ideally in an engineering or manufacturing environment, you’ll:

  • Possess a high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be a confident and effective communicator
  • Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Be PC literate and familiar with using online platforms/CRM/ERP systems
