Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical interface to customers and subcontractors.
  
  
• Capture, derive, and manage engineering requirements.
  
  
• Develop innovative solutions and analyze system performance.
  
  
• Oversee engineering disciplines during design, integration, and testing.
  
  
• Plan and conduct test campaigns, troubleshoot hardware/software, and analyze test data.
  
  
• Ensure flight equipment meets customer requirements and document the process.
  
  Essential Qualifications:
  
  
• 2+ years of experience in the design, manufacture, and testing of complex systems.
  
  
• Experience with optics, optical sensors, and opto-mechanical assemblies.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  
  
• Familiarity with formal configuration control and environmental testing.
  
  Desirable Skills:
  
  
• Experience with Zemax, OpticStudio, or similar software.
  
  
• Familiarity with ECSS standards and space environments.
  
  
• Programming skills in Python, Visual Basic, MATLAB/C, or C++.
  
  
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
