Fortnum & Mason are on the lookout for a Roaming Stock Support individual to streamline our stock process and become the focal point for all things stock efficiency and accuracy for our satellite stores across London. This will include working on our current stock systems and supporting our replenishment teams in our other London stores. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Stock Support to join our dynamic team. This role will include travelling to our Satellite Stores across London weekly including; Heathrow Airport, St Pancras Station, The Royal Exchange. 

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Learning and supporting stock systems
  • Working on stock integrity to update stock files 
  • Frequent stock counts
  • Supporting the replenishment teams 
  • Working alongside merchandise to update and analyse drop plans and levels accordingly 
  • Implementing best practices for stock efficiency
  • General stock admin 

The Successful Candidate will:

  • Be able to work on a rotating rota (including weekends) on a 40 hour contract basis
  • To travel to all 3 stores
  • Stock control experience
  • IT literate 
  • Strong communication in both verbal & written
  • Have great accuracy and attention to detail
  • Understanding of health and safety at work
