Location: High Wycombe  

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 p/a 

Working Pattern: Minimum 4 days on site (5 preferred)

Citizenship Requirement: British National

Overview

We are seeking a skilled RF Test Engineer to join our engineering team in Marlow. This role is integral to a new product development programme, focusing on the testing and troubleshooting of advanced electronic sub-assemblies. The successful candidate will work closely with design engineers to assess performance and resolve technical issues across both digital and RF domains.

Key Responsibilities

Perform hands on testing of electronic sub-assemblies, ensuring compliance with performance standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in digital and RF electronic systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to support product development and refinement.
Utilise test equipment including Vector Network Analysers (VNAs) to evaluate RF performance.
Document test results and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Essential Requirements

British National (due to project security requirements).
Minimum of 3 years experience in testing and troubleshooting electronic systems.
Strong understanding of RF and digital electronics.
Experience using Vector Network Analysers (VNAs).Desirable Experience

Background in military or avionics electronic equipment.
