We are seeking Reward Manager to join the team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. The role will be remotely based with some travel to site dependant on business and team needs. 

How You'll Contribute

The successful candidate will 

Support and perform job grading exercises using WTW approach and salary analysis to ensure consistency in grading and benchmark comparisons, in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.  Analyse annual salary ranges and reviews areas of challenge. Prepare next year’s ranges and ensure a clear, consistent and robust approach. Completes relevant salary surveys with external data providers, as required. Supports planning and preparation for the next reward season e.g. salary review/annual bonus to capture both system and process changes and associated testing. In conjunction with Reward Directors, supports opportunities to expand system functionality for salary review/bonus to broader groups, ensuring their needs are captured. Supports administration of long-term incentive plans (including share based plans) as well as ensuring systems reflect accurate information. Health and Wellbeing – reviews current offering and make recommendations for change. Contributes to relevant health and wellbeing initiatives. Provides training and education to the HR community and other stakeholders on Reward related items. Advanced planning for upcoming legislative changes e.g. EU pay transparency. Metrics and analysis of reward related trends in the workforce, with associated reporting where required. Supports Reward related projects in support of Business and HR Strategy.

What You'll Bring

To help us make a difference, you’ll bring your passion and expertise/ talent for what you do along with the following skills, experience, qualifications and attributes:

Essential:

Experience working in the performance and reward arena, with specific experience on compensation, benefits, total reward etc Experienced in managing Salary and Benefits surveys & development of salary ranges. Experience in using systems to run compensation/incentive processes. Knowledge and experience of Willis Towers Watson compensation philosophy & using and applying their job grading tool. Able to develop and deliver training on complex reward processes to diverse audiences. Excellent excel skills and proficient on all other Microsoft applications. Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and verbally. Strong analytical skills. Must be able to effectively read, analyse, interpret and present numerical data. Must be organised, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work for quality.

Desirable:

In-depth knowledge of global rewards and analysis. Knowledge of Success Factors compensation module Experience of benefits and wellbeing initiatives Degree education and/or HR qualification or significant experience in this area. Previous experience in a multi-cultural and global matrix organisation. Thorough understanding of the challenges of working across global time zones, languages and cultural differences. Knowledge of global regulations and laws related to compensation and benefits
