Job description
Salary for the First 12 weeks: £31,314.00
Salary after 12 weeks: £32,261.00
Annual salary increases are due in April.
Responsibilities:
Execute disassembly, assembly, testing, and fault diagnosis of Electrical, Pump, and Mechanical units Contribute to achieving and enhancing turnaround times for critical civil and military contract units through efficient practices Strict adherence to safe working practices and site regulations Collaborate with Engineers and the team to elevate quality, reduce costs, and meet delivery targets Exhibit teamwork, autonomy, and adaptability to changing demands
Requirements:
Prior experience in the aerospace sector or a comparable industry Proficiency in interpreting SPC data collection and recording results Interpretation of engineering drawings Hands-on experience in machining BTEC level 2/3 in an engineering discipline or equivalent time and experience in a similar environment / City and Guilds/National certificate in an engineering discipline is advantageous.
