You will be leading on and linking technical investigations with customer engagement to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely fashion.

Duties - Repairs Engineer

Drive technical investigations and resolve scheduling challenges
Host customer visits related to returned units
Manage customer expectations and progress timelines
Author and support aftermarket technical documentation
Collaborate with internal engineers to rectify and improve products
