Band 5 Staff nurse - Renal up to hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse who is up to new challenge and develop their skills as a Renal Haemodialysis Nurse.
Full haemodialysis skills training will be provided. You will be fully supported by qualified mentors during your training which is 3months.
As a haemodialysis nurse you will play an integral role in maintaining and developing a centre of clinical excellence and work in an environment that meets the needs of both clients and team members. The successful candidate is expected to be flexible and able to work shift patterns to accommodate the service needs. The unit is open Monday - Saturday - am

Main duties of the job
The haemodialysis unit in Carlisle consists of 14 stations carling for chronic haemodialysis patients and those with an acute onset of renal failure. We also have a Satellite based at Whitehaven which has 11 stations, which you may be asked to cover for sickness and annual leave.
