Confident communicator and calm decision maker, you’ll need experience and knowledge in palliative care and community services, together with well-developed assessment and planning skills. You must be willing to travel across Argyll & Bute to patients’ homes, hospitals and other venues to plan and review care requirements, working with other professionals involved in their care.
