We are recruiting for an RF Test Engineer to join a growing company within the aerospace industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with engineering and production teams, supporting test software and hardware development from concept to volume production.


Key Responsibilities as the RF Test Engineer:

  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of all test equipment and processes within the company.
  • Lead the development and improvement of new and existing test solutions to support manufacturing and engineering teams with all aspects of DC to mmWave testing.
  • Provide high-level technical support to improve and maintain test capabilities.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues as required.
  • Deliver fully verified and documented solutions within defined technical, schedule, and cost constraints.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A relevant engineering degree or equivalent with 4 + years experience.
  • Hands-on experience in a volume electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Strong measurement and diagnostic skills using electronic and RF test equipment.
  • LabVIEW and TestStand development experience.
  • Experience working with test databases.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
