Develop, implement, and improve processes to ensure consistently high-quality products. Lead a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians. Manage the culture of quality within the organization. Communicate the importance of quality to all employees. Address customer concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements. Respond to quality events on the shop floor. Manage corrective actions effectively. Prepare for customer and industry assessments. Maintain industry certifications such as AS9100. Collaborate with all departments to enhance internal and delivered quality performance.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences. Experience in quality management or continuous improvement in aerospace manufacturing. Successful team leadership and motivational skills. Proficient with quality tools: APQP/PPAP, 8D RCCA, SPC, Lean Six Sigma, Auditing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word). Preferred knowledge of AS9100 & AS13100 standards.
