The Role:

This Quality Manager position is a critical role within the business management team. You’ll focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high product quality, and developing the Quality Management System to support the company’s ISO 9001:2015 accreditation and ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and evolve the Quality Management System to align with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues and enhance operational processes.
  
  
• Build strong relationships with customers, including conducting regular site visits to understand and meet their expectations.
  
  
• Lead supplier audits to ensure consistent material quality.
  
  
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions to reduce non-conformances.
  
  
• Mentor and develop the Quality Technician to support a culture of continuous improvement.
