Your Role: As a Quality Engineer, you will execute their Strategic Quality Plan in collaboration with plant leadership, ensuring consistent product flow, compliance with industry standards, and meeting customer requirements. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, providing support to customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary customer interface for quality, ensuring that requirements are met, and lead root cause analysis for issue resolution.
Support manufacturing by analyzing quality data and implementing product/process quality requirements.
Solve technical product, process, and business challenges using structured approaches (8D, Six Sigma, etc.).
Contribute to the development and improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and support the launch of new products, processes, and services.
Conduct internal audits and complete part approval documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Analyze quality metrics and develop action plans to close performance gaps.
Provide expertise in statistical data analysis and implement improvements in targeted areas.
Lead quality training programs and participate in product development activities, including customer expectation identification and test support.
Assist in developing process capability and control plans, and investigate quality issues.
Evaluate and maintain gages, measurement instruments, and test equipment for product quality.Skills and Qualifications:

Expertise in problem-solving methods (Six Sigma, 8D, root cause analysis) and related statistical tools.
Deep understanding of industry-specific quality standards (ISO9001, AS9100, EASA Part 21, etc.).
Knowledge of new product development and launch methodologies.
Experience with lean manufacturing techniques such as pFMEA, control plans, and critical-to-quality characteristics.
Familiarity with system and process auditing for compliance with quality standards.
Strong understanding of product testing requirements and engineering design principles.
Ability to lead cross-functional improvement teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and database systems.What They Offer:
