Quality Assurance Engineer — Take Your Expertise to the Next Level

Are you a committed Quality professional ready to make a real impact in a high-performance engineering environment? We’re looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to help shape, lead, and continuously improve our quality standards in line with some of the most demanding industry requirements.

In this role, you won’t just tick boxes — you’ll help drive real change. From technical contract reviews to process audits and supplier performance, you’ll play a key part in delivering excellence every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing:



Take the lead in translating customer and sector quality requirements into robust methods of manufacture.

*

Support and deliver internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with industry standards like AS9100 and NADCAP.

*

Coach and develop operators and teams to embed a true quality-first mindset.

*

Partner with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to spot opportunities for improvement — and make them happen.

*

Build and maintain high standards across supplier and subcontractor quality performance.

*

Support special processes like NDT, chemical processing, heat treatment, and forging.

*

Be an advocate for continuous improvement, quality training, and best practices throughout the business.

What You’ll Bring:

*

Solid experience in Quality Assurance within aerospace or a similar high-spec manufacturing environment.

*

Strong knowledge of aerospace quality management systems, ideally AS9100 and NADCAP special processes.

*

Hands-on experience in technical contract review, internal/external audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action.

*

A proactive mindset — you don’t just find problems, you solve them and help others do the same.

*

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
