Morson Talent is Hiring: Propulsion TechnicianLocation: Saudi ArabiaContract Type: Full-TimeAre you ready for a challenging yet rewarding role in aviation engineering? We're seeking a Jet Engine Technician to join our team at King Abdulaziz Air Base (KAAB) in Saudi Arabia. You’ll play a key role in ensuring aircraft readiness for the RSAF customer, working in a high-profile environment that interfaces with various departments such as workshops, quality, product safety, and more.Role Overview:Perform component and on-aircraft maintenance, including installation, repair, service, modification, and testing of aircraft systems.Ensure compliance with RSAF Technical Orders and engineering practices.Manage spare parts using the Gold ESP logistics system.Carry out Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) and special inspections as directed.Actively support the development of assigned trainees through On-the-Job Training (OJT).Maintain high standards in tool control and FOD prevention.Ensure all work is carried out according to the standards and procedures detailed within the MOE.Qualifications & Experience:National civilian/military equivalent and completion of a recognised aircraft maintenance apprenticeship OR ONC qualified with military add-on training.Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational flying aircraft environment OR 3 years on the same aircraft type.Relevant type training (Q Course) and specific training, if required.Sound understanding of RSAF 4-1-7166 series and supporting technical publications.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively on technical matters, both verbally and in writing.HF trained, with strong awareness of safety, health, and environmental policies.Additional Requirements:ITAR awareness required.This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the success of a critical aviation operation.
