About the Opportunity
AXIOM is one of the DSA alliance partners and is an unincorporated Joint Venture (JV) made up of four major engineering contracting companies each with complementary capabilities and skills. The members have excellent nuclear pedigrees, demonstrated expertise and effective track records across the UK nuclear fleet and related nuclear industries.
AXIOM provides process, mechanical, civil structural and architectural, electrical, instrumentation, control and safety capabilities to support Sellafield Ltd.
As well as having a large, dedicated team working for Sellafield Ltd, each has immense reach-back capability into parent organisations for knowledge, expertise and innovations gained from within, and external to, the nuclear industry. Examples of other markets include Oil and Gas, Environment, Mining and Aerospace.
The Portfolio of projects supports the ongoing operational needs of all Spent Fuel Management Facilities on Sellafield Site. Projects range in size and complexity with some current examples including: Compressor house refurbishment, Chiller replacement, HA / MA activity segregation, Cooling circuit upgrade
The Project System Engineering (PSE) Role is intended to enable a route into Engineering Management for those with experience in discipline Lead Engineering Roles.
The PSE role in the Front End Delivery team will lead a team of multidiscipline engineers to identify and deliver the scope for a range of asset care projects. They will be expected to:
Form, lead and develop the team Identify and agree the requirements for the project with the clients Lead the decision making to inform the decision making for the project Establish delivery routes for the scope identified.Here's What You'll Need:
