Requirements
You will have strong project management experience with a technical background from the construction sector and ideally hold professional qualifications and memberships (MCIOB, MAPM etc), along with experience of NEC contracts.
- Ideally have NEC accreditation or several years NEC project management experience
- You will ideally be security cleared or able to obtain security clearance
- You will have led/worked on large complex construction programmes of work in the construction sector
- Able to work on own initiative with strong motivation skills
- Good management skills
- Strong communication skills with experience working in a client-focused environment
- Commitment to working a minimum of 3 days on site (Tuesday to Thursday)
