The project manager reports into the Operations Manager and alongside the engineering teams. This role supports the running of the Bournemouth projects division.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules, trackers with support from engineering team
• Budget review/management, inputting to snr management
• Internal and external highlight reports
• Dependency and risk management
• Customer liaison involving travel to customer sites
• Compiling of internal quality documents

Essential Skills

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering or similar, or demonstrable relevant experience in lieu thereof
• Project management qualification, i.e Prince2.
• Good knowledge of MS packages – MSP, Word, Excel.
• Efficiency whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail.
• Process-driven individual.
• Experience in dealing with customers.

Advantageous Skills

• Aerospace or Defence background
• Experience / knowledge of Part 21 J organisation

Candidates must have a full UK driving licence for visits to customer sites
