About the Role

This intermediate level role will involve working as part of a Project team based on a client site 3 days a week in the Milton Keynes area. It would suit a candidate who is establishing their career within the manufacturing industry, with experience of successfully managing and supporting projects. These roles will be based in the Milton Keynes area.

Prepare for, co-ordinate and support project milestone meetings Liaise with internal engineering teams to:

-Share project information

-Progress engineering concern resolution

-Facilitate cross-functional problem solving

-Manage project manpower against budgets

-Support production builds

Day to day discussion with production plants regarding current and future projects Responding to Product Planning and Marketing department requests for model changes Preparing, developing, improving and monitoring of project master schedules Tracking, monitoring and reporting on assigned tasks using Project Management standard tools} (e.g. task tracker, risk register, lessons learnt, 1 page report) Provide added value through identification and implementation of process improvements Management of ad-hoc project requests as allowable by workload constraints

WHO ARE YOU?

About You

We are looking for a candidate who has:

A degree in an Engineering related course, e.g. Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Motorsport Engineering Previous experience (1 year+) of working in the manufacturing industry, including internships or placement years. Strong analytical skills, with good attention to detail Previous use of other tools (eg: Excel, Tableau, MS Project, Planisware etc) advantageous but not mandatory Good communication skills as you’ll be client facing and working with project stakeholders Planning/PMO/Coordination/Project Leading Strong stakeholder management skills Willingness to take ownership and responsibility of tasks from a early stage
