Job Description:

Our Client is looking to appoint an experienced Job Running Project Architect to join their busy Leeds city centre Practice.


You will become a valued member of this long established team, made up of Architects and Technicians/Technologists of varying ages and levels of experience.



Supporting the Practices Directors you will be in a Client facing delivery role on projects which depending on your own experience could be retail, commercial or hi tech industrial in nature.


Person Specification:

Applications are welcomed from Candidates possessing the following attributes:


~ ARB/RIBA certified

~ A comprehensive knowledge of Building Regulations and current UK legislation

~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

~ Lots of job running experience on Private Sector related projects




This Practice has a very low staff turnover which is testament to their organisation and the people management of their teams combined with a continued consistent workload.
