Belcan's Aerospace Division gets involved in the Design, Stress, and Systems Engineering for a variety of clients and their aircraft platforms and engines and as we are currently going through a period of significant growth, we are now looking to recruit a Programme Manager to support some of Belcan's new clients and projects, including state of the art technology for Aerospace.

To be based from any of the UK Belcan Offices (Bristol, Cheltenham, Derby, Runcorn or Glasgow) and with Hybrid working, the successful Programme Manager will report to the Head of Project Management. They will lead all aspects of programme delivery to budget, cost, and quality, and will control monitoring/reporting of appropriate KPIs both internally and externally. They will assist in setting project management capability and play a central role in the standardisation and transformation of the Project Management Office.

Industry standard processes will be expected to be utilized such as EVA and Agile, with a strong focus on internal and external reporting against finance, quality, and deliverable based targets, on a regular basis to ensure business and customer requirements are achieved.

You will also hold Project Management Qualifications and have proven experience working as an Engineering Programme Manager within a complex stakeholder environment, where you have owned and created Integrated Master Schedules. As well as being able to identify milestones and all the interdependencies between activities and assess and monitor project risks and opportunities and project, programme, and portfolio levels.
