Collins Aerospace - via Adecco Job Title: Production Operator Department: Production / Logistics / Manufacturing Reports to: Manufacturing Leader Hours: 39 hours per week - Core shift: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1pm. Flexibility for morning/evening shifts and occasional overtime may be required. Key Responsibilities Carry out general operator duties, including manual assembly of seat parts, stores tasks, leather work, machine operation, and preparation/painting of finished parts. Follow production build plans and supervisor instructions. Adhere to company quality procedures and perform required checks to ensure a high-quality product. Maintain a safe and organised working environment. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Candidate Requirements Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets/deadlines. Flexible with working hours, overtime, and occasional travel. No prior experience required - full training provided.
