We at Syntech Recruitment are pleased to offer an opportunity for a number of Production Operative's to join a highly regarded engineering business based in South Oxfordshire.
As a Production Operative, you will be assembling aerospace components to a high standard of quality.

Production Operative Duties:

Using hand tools (screwdriver, wrench etc) to assemble parts for the aerospace industry
Perform quality checks on your own work
Following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Following works instructions
Recording and tracking your work on the ERP software (SAP)
Follow safety regulations accurateProduction Operative Profile:
Experience with using a variety of hand tools (any considered)
Strong attention to detail
Experience with basic workshop machinery
Has the ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings / diagrams
An understanding of the importance of health and safety
You must have unrestricted eligibility to live and work in the UK
