You'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation, identifying efficiencies, and introducing new strategies to improve output, quality, and performance.
Production Manager (Mandarin speaker) Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production and warehouse operations across multiple sites
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 100+ staff to achieve production targets
Implement process improvements and drive continuous efficiency gains
Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop operational strategies for growth
Requirements:
Must be fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
Proven experience in a food manufacturing or related production environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent understanding of production planning, quality control, and process improvement
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business
